The complex is located in an oasis of peace and tranquility spreading out on three levels:

• Ground floor has a meeting room for the guests with TV and games - a room dedicated for the restaurant with refined service that offers a regional cooking with annexed kitchen (that can be used by guests with sperimental activities, cooking lessons) with a space also outdoors (500 square meters).The restaurant is also put at disposal for ceremonies, banquets and meetings. The Direction will willing help their customers by giving information about places to visit and things to do in relation to the period of stay (ie.. typical village festivals, musical and cultural evenings or events in the area).

• Second and third floor welcome the hotel/foresteria/Holiday Mini Appartments with a total of 10 rooms (five for each floor), furnished with great cure and exquisit mobilia, all decorated according to the name of the room, being those of five flowers - The Sunflower - The Daisy - The Cyclamen - The Tulip - The Poppy all with private heating and bathroom with shower and fridge, plus an area where to prepare breakfast.Linnen is furnished.

An elevator reaches the three floors suitable also for handicaped people; all is guarded 24 hrs a day

The restaurant "Il Tempio Della Minestra" guarantees genuin and heathy food. Special attention is given to their guests offering a choice amongst local traditional dishes. One can also buy in this structure the best local products.
